Fit Yoga Fit offers Vinyasa Yoga: a workout that strengthens, tones, and lengthens the muscles while calming the mind and reducing stress. Our new and luminous studio is located in the wholehearted upcoming Broadmoor neighborhood in New Orleans. We provide a safe and positive environment for our students to practice yoga at their own pace. All levels are welcome. Vinyasa means to connect movement (asana) with breath (pranayama). When the Yogic breath (ujjaii) is cultivated throughout the exercise, tremendous amounts of heat are created from the inside out. This internal heat burns calories, cleans the body, and promotes energy and clarity of mind. These positive effects carry out to your everyday life well beyond the yoga practice.

Natsumi

Originally from Japan, Natsumi is a certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor. She has been practising Yoga for over 10 years. Yoga is a great way of connecting mind and body to better deal with the struggles of daily life. Natsumi has always been interested in fitness and wellness. She is also an accomplished martial artist, who loves the balance between the strength and relaxation Yoga provides.
